I have always believed that written communication is truly an art form. I have been an avid reader and writer since childhood, and enjoy translating my passion into top-tier content as a professional writer.

I also have spent many years invested in a nursing career, which spanned a decade and a half and many sub-specialties including emergency medicine, oncology, and case management. This experience gave me the benefit of extensive clinical knowledge and the ability to consolidate important yet disconnected pieces of information into a cohesive format to fit any audience, from layperson to professional.  

As a writer, I value attention to detail, sound research, clear communication and reliability. Thanks to many hours spent in telemedicine, my interviewing skills and ability to ask the important questions that translate into valuable information are well-tuned. 

My special interests outside of nursing include parenting (I’m a mom of 5!) camping, gardening, DIY home projects, and blogging.
